How does rhubarb look :
Rhubarb is similar to celery but reddish in color.
You should know :
It’s leaves are very toxic and should not be eaten.
Where I got my rhubarb :
I got them from the Saturday good market at the race course.
What I did
I made a rhubarb jam by cutting and washing the rhubarb stalks. Added it to a pot with water and sugar. Cooked till the rhubarb turned mushy. Served it with scones they were delicious.
Idea’s using rhubarb :
Make jams, tarts and desserts.
